Chamber Luncheon: "Health is Wealth" at Irem Clubhouse
DescriptionMembers and non-members are invited to join us for our first luncheon of 2020 on Wednesday, February 12 from 11:30am - 1:30pm at Irem Clubhouse (64 Ridgway Drive, Dallas). Robert Stanley of Community Bank will speak about financial health and wellbeing and Chris Fazzi will take attendees through a short mindfulness exercise. Chris Fazzi will be sharing tips on how to begin your wellness journey through a short mindfulness exercise. Chris Fazzi is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. Chris also has a certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, and she uses her training to assist Cancer Survivors reach specific goals at Candy’s Place. Candy’s Place is a Cancer Wellness Center in Forty Fort. Chris also uses her training to facilitate programs within the Chronic Disease Prevention department at the Wilkes-Barre YMCA. Chris has spent the past 20+ years making healthier lifestyle changes herself and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of this with you.
